Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
1. About this site
AIMarketCaps is an independent directory of artificial intelligence applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CoinMarketCap or any other ranking site, company, or product listed here.
2. Informational use only
All valuations, rankings, user figures, and market data on AIMarketCaps are our own estimates, compiled from public sources and editorial research. Many figures — especially 24h/7d changes and trend charts — are illustrative, not live market data. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or legal advice. Do not make business or investment decisions based on these figures without verifying them from primary sources.
3. Accounts
You may create an account to save a personal watchlist of apps. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it for others.
4. Referral and affiliate links
Some outbound links ("Try" buttons) are referral or affiliate links. If you sign up for a service through one of them, AIMarketCaps may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay or which apps we include. Referral links point to third-party services whose terms and privacy practices are their own.
5. Support and contributions
Optional support through Patreon, Ko-fi, or similar services helps keep the site running. Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law, and they do not create a membership contract, ownership stake, or special influence over editorial rankings.
6. Third-party trademarks
Company, app, and product names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification purposes only. Their appearance here does not imply partnership or endorsement.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
